Parallel Automatically Crashed in Macbook M4 Air

Hi Everytime or maybe Every 5hrs the parallel Application is completely Crashed or Completly Closed all of the Applications running on Parallel also automatically Closed and the The Screen will just Go back to Apple Screen

Can Anyone Helped me with this.. its already a Week and i already Use all the Method that was been posted on Support Page
