On my mac, why is Windows 10 pvm twice the size of C drive?

My windows.pvm file is 134gb, but my C drive is only 63 gb. Why? Can I reduce the size of the pvm file?

Hi, do you have any snapshots? You can check it in Actions -> Snapshot manager
