New Mac - Licence Activation Limit

I purchased a new Mac and cannot activate my Parallels licence. This is the message I received.

This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies
​

I tried to contact Support but all I get is an endless looping (circle going round and round).

How do I get this resolved?

I see this error in Web Inspector:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 () https://my.parallels.com/ras-license/webapp/products

Also this:
