Running 5.0.9344, and my mouse and keyboard have intermittently stopped responding in the guest os of Windows XP, which is upto date with all Service packs and updates. I reinstalled Parallels Tools twice via the option on the Mac menu, but still no luck.
Using a USB Logitech mouse which is fine on the Mac, and a bluetooth Apple keyboard which is also fine on the Mac.
These both worked on Parallels for months till this week. When I was having keyboard problems and my mouse still did work, I was able to go to the hardware device section and there were no "?" among any of the devices.
Running a Mac Pro quad core with 8G memory. What more info can I give you? Any suggestions?
