Macbook Pro 2022 M2 Tahoe 26.4.1 - Latest update to Parallels Doesn't Complete

Opened Parallels desktop today, prompted to update; selected update; prompted to restart to complete update; restarted computer; tried opening Parallels Desktop; prompted to restart to complete update

Parallels not working
Try opening Windows program, says Windows missing

Windows 11 pvm file in Parallels folder

Try starting Parallels desktop; small screen appears with dots looks like it is going to load, then disappears
When it is trying, checked Parallels about info and have latest issue.
