Mac Dock stays on top of virtual even in full screen

Hi guys,

Has anyone else found that the mac dock stays on top of the parallels virtual machine when in full screen, especially when you switch between apps on mac/windows...

Noticed it first when I placed the dock on the right of the desktop, moved it back to the bottom, but its still there..

Interestingly if I full screen any other apps within Lion, the dock disappears as expected.

The dock disappears in lion when I press ctl/alt to get the parallels menu's

Currently running PD7.0.14922 & WinXP..

Are you using Mac OS X Snow Leopard-style full screen mode or native OS X Lion full screen mode?
