Hi Parallels Support, I would like to request a cancellation of the license and a refund or any possible compensation for the Parallels Desktop subscription that was automatically renewed today, 26 Nov 2025. Invoice reference number: 519351116. I am aware of the Parallels Desktop for Mac Return Policy, which states that renewals are generally non-refundable. However, I would like to kindly ask if there is any possible exception or compensation available in this situation. I have already purchased a new subscription under another account and completely forgot to disable auto-renewal on this account. Additionally, I am no longer using the license in this account and will not be using it for the upcoming year. I hope there is some understanding and a possible solution, given that this renewal provides no benefit to me. I also encountered an issue where I could not cancel my subscription through the license management dashboard, as the page keeps looping and assumes I am not logged in.
