Kernel Panics is beta4

I really hope that there won't be anymore kernel panics as of b5. Nearly everytime I use the vm, my mbp panics. Times vary from using it for half an hour to 2 hours. The problem is, that i'm using filevault to encrypt my home directory. The images reside in another folder which isn't encrypted. I've noticed that the spontaneous panicing has a very negative inpact on the consistency of the firevault sparse image. Unfortunately I've already lost my iTunes library ( only the library file, not the music itself ) and Safari acts a little bit dodgy. I understand that it's beta software, but the panicing should be resolved rather now than soon
