I am using Parallels to run OS X Snow Leopard Server on an iMac running El Capitan. It claims to have installed Snow Leopard Server yet when I go to the installed server, I see no way to run it. I tried installing some software and it doesn't show up.
What I see is a blank window with menus and the menus are not like any other OS X menus. I have tried loading a program, it says it loaded but there is no way to access it.

    What have I done wrong?
