Issues trying to play Age of Empires II - DE multiplayer on Parallels

Hello, everyone.
I'm having a small issue trying to play AGE II DE on Parallels. The games runs smoothly in single player, but when I play multiplayer, it suffers from a strange lag (mainly when I move my screen). Other players noticed that too.

I have a MBP 15, i7 6 core 2.6, 16gb ram and Radeon Pro 555x.
Do you guys know any workaround?
 
Hello, @Gampa, thanks for your answer.
Unfortunatelly, any of those configurations improved the game performance. I'm also using a external monitor for that.
When I launch using Windows Boot Camp, it works perfectly.
