    I also have this issue.
Installed the retail version of Windows 11 Pro with ARM-support, along with Parallels 18 yesterday. I immediately installed Steam, Origin and Epic Games Launcher, connected my xbox series x controller. Installed Parallels tools after that. Played half life 2 for a while and worked just fine.
Today when i try to boot it up, i get stuck at login. Trackpad, keyboard and command prompt inputs fail to register in Windows, and seems completely unresponsive. Works fine in macOS.
I really don't want to reinstall the OS just to have it not work at next restart again.
Is there a more permanent fix? Parallels really need to get their shit together on this one, especially since it advertises itself as the leader in the business as this isn't a great look. I work as a salesman and what am i supposed to say? No working plug-and-play for mac clients? Windows will randomly refuse input at any given time for no apparent reason?

Please fix this. I and a lot of other people payed good money for this.

For years, across multiple versions of Parallels, I have had the problem of the sudden ceasing of the recognition of the keyboard in Windows VMs. I use it for work. It can't be that hard to fix.

I faced the same issue after upgrading Ubuntu 22.04 to Ubuntu 23.04.
I solved the issue by activation the external mouse and keyboard, upgrade to Ubuntu 23.10.
    It will solve the issues.
