I have auto-renew turned off (I believe) and even if not, it would auto-renew in Arpil 2027. I received an email telling me that my auto-renewal will happen in 30 days (November 2026) To manage this, a link immediately takes me to a page asking me to update my credit card information "Please select a new payment option for your subscription or retry your card if it was declined." This seems like a scam - but it certainly looks like Parallels.
