I have been running Parallels 5 of my machine for a while -- so long that I don't recall upgrading from 4 to 5. Somehow, my serial number is for version 4. When I attempted to install 7, it removed 5 and then asked for the old serial code. I typed in the code and it doesn't work. I can't find the serial number for 5 anywhere--I only see version 4's serial number under my account information. How do I fix this???
