Getting the message "An unknown error occured" whenever I try to log in to iCloud

    I bought the business version of Parallels for my MacMini M4 to replace VMWare Fusion which I had been using for years.

    However, my big problem is that I cannot log into iCloud or get to the AppStore. Whenever I try, I just get the message "An unknown error occurred" after I enter my password (which I know is correct, BTW, it works on all my other machines.
    The guest is running Sequoia
    Anyone know how to fix this?
