Fullscreen problems on OS X 10.11 El Capitan GM / Windows 8.1

    I'm running Safari in the Full screen browsing this form. If I move mouse to the top, mac menu bar appears right away. This is OS X design. If you don't want this behaviour, uncheck "Use OS X Full Screen" and create desktop spaces manually in the spotlight.
