Parallels Desktop in full screen mode seems to have two issues which are inversely ironic of each other. That is to say, one action that should happen almost never does, and the other that shouldn't happen almost always does...
I have a hot corner set to bring up the menu bar in the top left corner. I'm certain this corner is NOT assigned for any other actions in any other programs, yet I seem to RARELY get the menu bar to come down when moving the cursor up to the corner... It's extremely problematic and has been for as long as I can remember...
I created a video that shows this. I repeatedly move the cursor up to the left corner with no response... Oddly enough when I open the VM list and choose configure (where you can verify that the hot corner is set), the menu bar then displays. Close that window and sure enough the menu bar ceases to display when moving the cursor up to the hot corner...

Oddly enough, the exact opposite seems true for the dock... That is to say when I'm in full screen windows mode I have no use for the dock... However, nearly every time I move my mouse down to the task bar area in the Windows VM the Mac OS X dock pops up...
