From one usage to another Parallels does not boot anymore

Hey out there,

so frustrating here with Parallels 19. From one moment to the other it does not boot my windows 11 anymore. I deleted everything and installed all new but the error ist the same. No error Code but the virtual machine can't be started anymore?

Read some threads but i may to blind to find solutions. Anyone can help me please?
