i want to delete my Parallels account completely. It is not possible.
I followed the procedure described here -> https://kb.parallels.com/de/124513/
I received a notification stating that the account had been deleted, but unfortunately, that is not the case. I am still able to log in. I have been trying for weeks.
Unfortunately, no direct support contact options are displayed, only Twitter, Facebook, and the forum, which is why I am submitting my request here.
Or does anyone know a working alternative method?
