My Windows 10 goes thru normal shutdown, then as soon as the shutdown is completed, the critical error white box pops up. I click "send report". This condition only started after Parallels 20 update from Parallels 19. It does not appear to adversely impact operations in W10, and appears only at conclusion of shutdown. In Windows 10 Config page on the Parallels Desktop on the Mac, I have selected "Hypervisor-Apple" and Adapter Hypervisor is checked. I tried that solution in the early days of this error, but no change. Thanks for the help. RW.
