Charged on Cancelled Subscription

Hi, I am charged by VISA-CBA*PARALLELS 492212224545 DE today (July 10, 2026 PHT) and I want a refund since:
  • I've cancelled my subscription months ago
  • I've already closed my account with Parallels
  • I have not used / installed the software on my Mac
I had to recreate my account in Parallels using the same Gmail account so that I can create this forum post. I'm not sure why I'm still charged. The payment reference number is #541907256.

In order to obtain phone/chat support, kindly follow the below steps:
1. Sign in to your Parallels account using the link: https://my.parallels.com/login .
Make sure your Parallels Desktop license is registered.
2. Go to the Support page. ( https://my.parallels.com/support/ )
3. Select your product and the category of your question.
Enter a short issue description or key words into the search box.
4. If you don't find the solution you are looking for, click "Request Support" and proceed to the Support contact options.
Note: Parallels Desktop support is only provided in English.

I had the same problem last year. I tried to contact you but your NEVER reacted.
And now it comes up again. I received a mail informing of an opcoming renewel for a licence I don't have anymore. I think so, your portal is such a mess that it is impossible to know what it is referring to.
Your entire customer portal is a complete joke. Your instructions on your support site do not match the reality of your customer portal.
WHERE DO I CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION ?
WHERE DO I REVOKE MY CREDIT CARD SO THAT AT LEAST YOU CANNOT CHARME ME AGAIN FOR A LICENCE I HAVE CANCELLED ?

Since your subscription was canceled months ago, your account was closed, and you have not used the software, I kindly request that you review the charge (Payment Reference #541907256) and process a full refund if appropriate.
