Cannot Install Windows 11 on MAC

I have a Legacy Windows 10 license that I kepty renewing yearly. I recently aquired a Windows 11 License as well however I cannot figure out how to install it and make it work.When opening my Dashboard on Parallel's website I can see that I have 1 Legacy subscription and 1 Active subscription, same thing for my TOOLBOX.

I have downloaded the Installer however when I open it, nothing happens, it keeps saying Parallels Desktop is Starting and after apoximatively 2 minutes the window just closes and nothing happens.

Does anyone have any tips on figuring this out so I can install Windows 11?
