Cancel subscription and refund unauthorised renewal

Hello,
I purchased Parallels 4 years ago. It has never renewed until today. My account has no information regarding any auto renewal and I don't know why this unauthorised charge was processed. Please help to cancel any and all subscriptions and process the refund for the unauthorised renewal fee.
