I have a VM under Parallels 5 that I haven't used for months. Today I took advantage of the $30 upgrade to P6 and ever since then Windows has been crashing with the BSOD about 5-10 minutes it boots. I am using a Core 2 Duo iMac with 4 gb of memory and have my virtual machine set up to run Windows XP with the "expanding" disk mode set. My OS is Snow Leopard 10.6.8. Any ideas what could be tripping it up? The BSOB claims that Windows shut down because of illegal memory access.

    Thanks!
