Bridged networking fails to initialize on Apple Silicon / macOS Tahoe

Hello,
I cannot get bridged networking to work in Parallels Desktop.

Setup:
- MacBook Air, Apple silicon
- macOS Tahoe
- Windows 11 ARM guest
- Parallels Desktop (trial)

Problem:
When I set the network source to "Bridged Network > Wi-Fi" and start the VM, I get "Network initialization failed. Your virtual machine will continue working normally but will have no network connection." The setting then reverts to Disconnected.

With "Bridged Network > Default Adapter" the setting stays, but the Windows Ethernet adapter shows "Not connected" and never gets an IP address via DHCP.

Shared Network works fine - the VM gets 10.211.55.x and has internet access.

What I need it for:
I need to reach an AiM Solo 2 DL data logger that broadcasts its own Wi-Fi access point. The Mac connects to that AP and gets 10.0.0.2; the device is at 10.0.0.1. From macOS the device responds (nc returns "connection refused", so the host is reachable). From the Windows VM in Shared mode, ping to 10.0.0.1 times out and AiM Race Studio 3 cannot discover the device. Bridged would be the correct solution but it does not work.

Note: bridged also fails when the Mac is on a normal Wi-Fi network, so this is not specific to the Solo 2 access point.

Already tried:
- Full reinstall of Parallels Desktop, granting all permission prompts
- Restarted the Mac
- Updated Parallels Tools in the guest
- Both "Wi-Fi" and "Default Adapter" as bridge source

The problem persists in all combinations.

Any idea what could block bridged initialization here?
