And did you try to shut down Windows virtual machine properly, quit Parallels Desktop, reboot your Mac into Recovery mode, run First Aid, restart your Mac to check the native Windows Bootcamp?

First Aid on Macintosh Partition has no effect. First Aid on Bootcamp partition is not available --> Still same error "Inaccessible boot device". And as I said, I actually would like trying to install the newest boot camp drivers via recovery medium but it doesn't work as I described before...

Hi. I tried to help a friend with this, but it seem impossible to make it to work.
She has installed Win7 in bootcamp and after that parallels desktop.
When trying to boot Win7 it will only show an underline or guion blinking and reboot after a few seconds with no error message.
    Parallels does boots.
At apple discussions forum they make the assumption that third-party ntfs drivers of Parallels desktop broke the boot with bootcamp.

How ever, is it possible to check the MBR of bootcamp form parallels and fix it if necessary?

I am very afraid that I may lose the bootability of MAC if I run any mbr-recovery related solution. Is it?

I did tried to solutions suggested here:
    - First Aid from recovery mode.... wont allow to fix NTFS, but runned it for the rest with no issues.
    - CristianS30 solution cant be tested as I can't boot in F8 mode or any alternate boot method.
    - rEFIt does detects windows installed in the correct partition but is not abled to boot.
    - I checked and rechecked the hybrid GPT/MBR and it is correct and passes checks.

In case you have not solved the problem, you can reinstall the bootcamp drivers in Windows via Parallells VM. You need to enter in Windows Safe mode and go to the console and enter the command as explained above by ChristianS30 (dism /image:c:\ /add-driver /driver:c:\WindowsSupport\$WinPEDriver$ /recurse). (You will probably have to type it)
