witcher 3

Hope someone can help. Have the ARM64 install of Win 10 running on M1 iMac. Installed the Steam gaming service app and tried to run Witcher 3 and got the error in the attached screen cap, stating my CPU does not support SSE3. Anybody with a work around for this? CJ
