    VMware Fusion 12 conversion does not seem to be starting

    I've got the latest Parallels installed on an Intel Macbook. I've uninstalled the VMware Tools from the source VMware VM. When I try to open the VM in Parallels, nothing happens after I select the vm to open. It is about a 900G image. Is this something that will take time and if so, how...
