First time posting: I'm running a virtual Mac OS 10.12.6 Sierra on Parallels 15. The app store on the Guest Mac OS dock says Sierra has system updates (security, safari, etc). Should I try to download and install these updates from the virtual machine? Will that work? Or should I not...
