My Windows 11 VM is stuck on "Stopping..." The Parallels actions are all greyed out (Can't attempt to reset, reboot, etc.). "Stop" is available, but when I try to use it, the VM reports "Unable to complete the operation. Windows 11 is in the "stopping" state." This occurred following an...
