start up

Hi folks! I want to change the user that shows up as default on the initial sign in screen when I start the VM. I even deleted the default user, and it's still showing up as the only option, until I click "Other User" and manually input the credentials. Here are the steps I've followed so far...

When I go to start up my Parallels and open Windows, it loads but Windows doesn't open up. It's just a black screen with the yellow error triangle in the top right corner telling me to update Parallels, but when I go to update it, it says that I already have the latest version. So not sure if...
