Why is the tool "Hide Menu Icons" capturing my screen? Can this be disabled?

Screenshot preference setting to automatically hide MAC menu popup bar. When set to automatically hide would be equivalent to selecting None under Options. This would shorten the time it takes for a series of screenshots.

Hello, The screenshot functions are good but how about an option to save to memory instead of saving to the desktop so that you can quickly paste the screenshot into another app. Thanks! Alan

Hello, Everybody. Could be useful, almost for me, that the window capture could define the sound origin and set a timer to stop the recording. Very useful to record old webinars which are not downloadable.
