recycle bin

I'm running a Windows 10 virtual machine under Parallels Desktop 17 (I use PD17 because I need to run Windows 7). When I'm inside the Windows 10 environment I have trouble emptying the WINDOWS recycle bin. I use Coherence mode - I don't see a Windows 10 Desktop - I just see my macOS Desktop...

I mirror my Windows and Mac folders. If I delete something on a Mac drive from within Windows, it is permanently deleted. I see no way to specify this drive from within the Recycle Bin or Parallels settings. Can someone help me? How do I use the Recycle Bin for files on my Mac Z: drive?
