Hi, I cannot install my Parallels Tools. I tried everything suggested in this forum: - Uninstall from Windows machine and reboot - clear the startup using msconfig and reboot - removed all references from the registry and reboot It stays stuck at 15%. PTAgent is running and setup.exe is running...
