    Parallels Tools update killed my Linux VM

    I opened an Ubuntu VM I hadn't used in some months, and after logging in, it asked to update Parallels Tools. I said yes, it updated and then rebooted, and it never successfully booted after that. Parallels 17.1.0 business subscription edition, VM was Ubuntu 14. Is there any solution? IT support...
