After the update I can no longer launch my virtual MacOS Snow Leopard. It just hangs with the spinning ball forever. It doesn't help to STOP of SHUT DOWN the installation. Now what?
I downloaded an ISO of Ubuntu 24 but installation failed as an upgrade to Ubuntu 22 and installation failed as a new install. The installation froze on the screen titled "Develop with the best of open source" and I could not proceed and could not start the VM. Ubuntu 24.04 uses the Linux 6.8...
Very strange behaviour since the upgrade to 19.3.
I have used a W11 virtual machine for months and uses Outlook in that VM extensively. I use the Ctrl+Enter shortcut to send emails.
Since the update, this is not working directly, and to have it working, I need first to press Ctrl+Option+Enter...
Until yesterday bi-directional copying and pasting was working, after the update not anymore.
Reinstalled both Parallels Desktop and Parallels Tools, checked the proper setting of the new bi-directional pasting. It does not want to work anymore.
I updated my host OS, guest OS and Parallels Desktop:
Guest OS: Sonoma 14.4
Host OS: Sonoma 14.4 (Intel-based iMac)
Parallels Dekstop: 19.3.0
and found that the keyboard started repeating space characters or newlines like crazy even though I just pressed the key a few times. Caps lock also...
