parallels desktop 16.5.1

Hello, I use Parallels 16.5.1 on my MacBook with Sonoma and Intel i7 CPU. The running VM is the actual version of Windows 10. I have the problem, that the VM crashes after some minutes running. Sometimes it is crashing directly after booting, sometimes it works about 10-15 minutes. I could start...
