parallel desktop 26 to 27

Hi everyone, I recently purchased Parallels Desktop 26 from CH.S-Shop. I registered the license in my Parallels account, and version 26 is working without any issues. CH.S-Shop stated that the upgrade code for version 27 would be provided automatically. Unfortunately, I haven't received it...
