parallel 16

Dears, as title, is it possible to use original parallel v.16 for windows 11 in Mac M1? I just need windows, basic office (2019) function... if I am in 14-day trial of ver 18 now, how should I do to downgrade to ver.16 with current setting of Windows 11? please advise, thanks!

I upgraded my parallels desktop 16 yesterday to 16.5.1 and the average CPU usage is at 120%, previously it used to stay in between 40-80%. My battery life in one day has gone down by 50 percent. Has anyone else also experienced this ? Please suggest how to revert.
