nested poor performance sandbox docker wsl2 slow

Hi all, Anyone else seeing poor performance with anything that involves nested virtualization? Docker, WSL2, Ubuntu Multipass, Windows Sandbox etc... I tried Docker and Multipass ages ago but noticed such a dramatic drop in performance that I immediately uninstalled them. Now just run them on...
