my windows is not activated

Hi, I am new here. I am deaf man and in UK. I have Purchased the Parallels 16 for mac pro edition on my iMac 4k 2019. I have before 14-day trial end later month after Purchased the Parallels 16 for mac pro edition. I see that's Windows is not activated? see the pics. Need another to buy windows...
