microsoft account

hi,im trying to login my microsoft account so windows will get activated,but when i type in the email and password i get the message "something went wrong" what can i do?

I use my Bootcamp partition as a VM as well as booting my machine in native Windows 10. Every time I switch mode I have to re-sign into my Microsoft, Apple, and Teamviewer accounts. I suspect something that "uniquely" identifies the system changes between the two modes of use. My first guess is...
