mac os 10.15.6

I just downloaded Parallels 16 for the Mac, I also have Mac OS 10.15. However, when I try to start the VM it starts to resume, stops the progress at 45%, then I try to cancel the resuming and it won't cancel. So then I tried to downgrade back to Parallels 15 and it does the same thing. I'm not...
