    License activation limit reached -- old Mac unavailable

    Hello. I am trying to activate my Parallels Desktop license on a new Mac. I don't have access to my old Mac anymore as it was many years ago. Could you please reset/release my license key activations? Thank you.

    Hello, I bought a new Mac and got rid of the old Mac. So I tried to stop using Parallels Toolbox on my old Mac and activate it on my new Mac, but I couldn't migrate it because there was a limit. What should I do?
