Hello, We've been using Parallels (version 16) for many years and it has been fairly trouble-free. However, we've recently been experiencing an issue with one of our HALB appliances... it will be running fine and then all of a sudden crash with a kernel panic, which ends-up temporarily...

When i try to install from ISO it never get activated but when i install the base setup from parallel list it work but as soon i try to activate it i get that and also this is frustrating that they close there system in such a way you can never use an ISO properly and parallel desktop tools...
