internet access

Following a recent Debian 12 (ARM64) upgrade, I have lost internet connectivity within the VM on my M3 macbook air. Previously selecting WIFI or Shared Connection in the VM's settings would allow it to communicate without having to much with finding WIFI drivers, etc. This is no longer the case...

I'm on OS X, running Windows 10 in a VM. I noticed that the various kinds of productivity filtering blocks (Freedom, SelfControl) have no effect on the VM. Is there a way to lock down VM access (i.e. make it password-protected)? There's no point in me blocking Facebook and such during work hours...

I recently installed a trial of Parallels 15 on my 16" MBPro, connected to internet with a dock and Ethernet cable, but wifi works too. I installed Windows XP from an iso, no problems there as far as I can tell. However, I have extremely limited and selective internet access under XP. I can't...
