high sierra incompatible with older parallels

We have a lot of Parallels 12 licenses bought this year and they are not compatible with High Sierra, We are getting an error that a suggested work around is to disable Apple System Integrity Protection for reinstalling the virtual machine and then reenable SIP. It is not working. Parallels...
