Each time something changes in the menu, a popup is shown in the middle of the screen, telling me about this change. It isn't very pleasant to see this popup flashing by so often. I like to see an option to turn this off.

A way already exists to hide tools from the Toolbox window. I am suggesting adding another checkbox (or you could make a contextual menu for each tool) so that you can choose to hide the tool icons of one or more tools in the menu bar. The tools I use frequently are clogging up the menu bar so...
