Hi I use M2 and installed KALI Linux 2023-2-arm64! I can not access grub menu -e button does not work! Also I need to know root password. Also if there is a documentation please can you share a link? Do we have a documentation? Thanks!

I'm running Ubuntu 22.04 and am trying to reboot into GRUB using the shift key. It doesn't work, but this appears to be the standard method. Is there another way to get into GRUB?
