What is the best way to get Parallels customer service to respond within a timely manner. Can somone provide there email and best contact information. Additionally, forward/back don't seem to work as well as tab switching within browsers, if anyone has information on this that'd be great aswell..

Parallels Access works surprisingly well, letting me get actual work done through my Mac using my iPad. Sadly, gestures with the iPad's trackpad, like two finger scrolling to scroll my Mac's screen, do not work as expected. Please fully support this new official keyboard and trackpad from Apple.
