When not in Coherence mode, having the Windows apps visible in the Mac dock is cluttering the dock. Please add an option to hide these.

In the attached image, you can see the "Parallels Desktop" icon in the dock. How do I hide that? It's ugly, takes space, and if I need it I can find it on the menu bar at the top. It's the way most normal apps do it (Docker, VPNs, ...).
